Failed Delivery Attempts

If the shipping company attempts to deliver your order but fails, they will notify you to pick up the package at a designated location, usually the nearest post office.

Common reasons for failed deliveries include:

No recipient available at the delivery address.
Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you fail to collect your package within the time frame specified by the carrier, the order will be returned to us.

If the failed delivery was due to an issue not caused by The ASK Game or the shipping company, such as a wrong address entered at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or the order will be canceled.
